our new Shared Ownership Program.
Private corporate aircraft are very expensive to acquire and have continuing needs. Aircraft require intensive management, attention to detailed
maintenance and compliance with FAA regulations.
These requirements are such that owning an aircraft is simply not justifiable ro affordable, except by very large corporations that use their planes
frequently. Smaller corporations and even wealthy individuals who can afford to acquire a plane generally do not use the plane sufficiently to warrant
the investment. Yet the benefits of private aviation go beyond comfort and convenience. In these days, a sense of safety, knowing one's aircraft
history and knowing one's own pilots and living with the concerns of flying commercially cause a serious consideration of the values of private jet
ownership.
The principals of Air10 have developed a unique and advantageous alternative to traditional executive jet ownership programs. It is called the Shared Ownership
Corporation, because it is customized and tailored to owners who want to save costs by owning a plane with local partners.
Air10 endeavors to match compatible owners in the framework of a shared ownership entity known as a Shared Ownership Corporation.
Air10 management programs are designed to reduce costs and simplify ownership by a combination of efficiencies embodied in its Shared Ownership program.
